Documents, certificates and accreditations to be supported within the scope of this article are listed below
-Individual participation: Participation expenses of beneficiary and cooperating organizations for individual participations and economy class round-trip transportation costs of up to two representatives are supported at the rate of 50% and a maximum of 15,000 USD per event.
-National participation: Economy class round-trip transportation and participation expenses of maximum 2 (two) representatives of the beneficiary and cooperation organizations at the rate of 50% for each organization and a maximum of 15,000 USD per beneficiary/cooperation organization, Expenditures related to advertising, promotion and marketing activities (Annex-1) and expenses related to infostand, show/event/trend area, 75% and maximum 120.000 USD per organization are supported.

The flight expenses of the patients brought by the health institutions from the target countries determined by the Ministry to the health institutions in Turkey within the scope of health tourism are covered by 50%. However, the amount of support to be paid per patient cannot exceed 20% of the patient's total treatment costs and $1,000 per patient. A healthcare institution can benefit from support at the rates and conditions specified for each visit of a patient to Turkey. The health institutions with which the Ministry has signed a protocol can benefit from the support within the scope of this article.

Expenditures on advertising, promotion and marketing activities (Annex-1), 60% and maximum 400,000 USD per year, for cooperation organizations: Expenditures on advertising, promotion and marketing (Annex-1) activities, 70% and annual maximum more than 500,000 USD,
– Applications for self-supporting printed promotional materials such as catalogues, posters, brochures, flyers, giveaways, and promotional film are evaluated on the condition that information and visual examples of the event in which the material/promotional film are used are submitted. It is obligatory to prove that the promotional materials supplied from the country are sent abroad (must be issued free of charge or at the trace cost), courier arranged in detail on the basis of quantity, cargo invoices or documents of appropriate nature. In the production expenses within the scope of the support, if the material subject to the production is also used in Turkey, the support calculation for the production expenses is made over 50% of the expenditure.
– Beneficiaries; excluding documents that can be checked electronically within the scope of search engine and social media advertisements, the invoice, payment document, contract, media plan and campaign report issued abroad and exceeding USD 20,000 are approved by the Commercial Counselors / Attache Offices in the country where the document is issued, in the annex of a petition.
– “Fashion show / show / gala / special exhibition-screening / press promotion / cocktail / seminar / conference / gameshow / company / product / service / brand organized in the “special promotion expenses” section of Annex 1 of the Decision No. 2015/8 / platform launch activities” includes the expenses necessary for the realization of the organization, excluding the transportation and accommodation expenses of the people in charge of the organization.
